We have revolutionized the concepts of mentor – mentee interactions by eliminating the barriers of geography, availability of time, and financial constraints. Our students can not only contact their mentor but can interact also with fellow students through JLI’s innovative platform called the “Online campus tutoring center (OCTC)”. Regular sessions of journal club activity, webinars and podcasts are made available to students for better understanding of topics which are much debated or of extreme importance.

At JLI, we have always taken initiatives to bridge the gap between the academia and industry. Faculty members at JLI are senior clinical research and healthcare professionals who help students in bridging this gap by sharing their expertise and experiences thus providing a pragmatic approach in imparting educational needs.

James Lind Institute is honored to have an advisory board of industry stalwarts who develop the program curriculum, obtain regular feedback from students, implement quality check measures, oversee progress of students etc. These measures have been uniquely adopted by JLI not only to help in continuous improvement of the institute but also benefit students to understand what they ought to and not just be superfluous additives. We strongly believe that in today’s age of information explosion it is extremely important to know what, when and how to learn. This industry driven approach helps us to best channelize the energy and time of students in the most productive manner.

Industry Reviewed Curriculum:

Honorary stalwarts from the industry and experienced clinical research professionals at JLI are involved in designing, reviewing and updating the program curriculum. The curriculum for all JLI programs has been fully optimized to suit freshers as well as professionals that helps them further advance their knowledge and skills to move up the corporate ladder quicker. The continuous improvement in curricula helps to touch the fundamental and core areas of all subjects to achieve maximum benefit.

At James Lind Institute we focus on holistic development of every student as we realize the need for professional development along with academic orientation in the current competitive corporate environment. A “Student Success Team (SST)” is in charge of this endeavor. The SST contributes towards holistic professional development with through knowledge exchange, continuous improvement, dynamic team work, & networking.

JLI has built a networking platform for its students. Every student gets a “Personal Webpage” which helps to showcase their profile on the web. Students can share their vital information like their CV, cover letters, and educational credentials along with their certificates with their prospective employers. This webpage stays with them even after they complete their program at JLI. A dedicated IT department manages, updates and optimizes this webpage for greater visibility of our alumni. The SST further facilitates this information to reach prospective employers as well.
